Pledge of Share Loans

No credit approval is needed for a pledge of shares oan.

Pledge of Share Loan guideline

1. Maximum amount:
Balance of member's unencumbered share savings account or balance of any other unencumbered share savings account on which the member is a co-owner of the funds in this credit union.
2. Maximum term:
144 months.
3. Annual percentage rate:
The premium share savings rate being paid at the time the loan is granted plus the following percentages based upon the term of the loan selected:
  • 0-24 months: premium share savings rate plus 2%
  • 25-60 months: premium share savings rate plus 3%
  • 61-144 months: premium share savings rate plus 4%

This guideline is approved by the Board of Directors and is effective January 27, 2010.
