How do I use UltraBranch Mobile?
Open the browser on your web-enabled cell phone or PDA and visit go.akusa.org.
- Select the "Log in" link
- Enter your user ID and select the "Log In" button
- Verify the picture of your personalized keypad then enter your Personal Access Code (PAC)
- Use the tabs at the top of the screen to access the functions you need
You can access rates, contact information and branch and ATM locations without logging in.
Do I need a special kind of cell phone?
UltraBranch Mobile works with most web-capable cell phones and PDAs with internet access, and supports almost all wireless service providers.
What does it cost?
Alaska USA does not charge for using UltraBranch Mobile. Your wireless provider may charge for access or data usage based on your wireless plan.
Do I have to sign up separately for UltraBranch Mobile?
If you already use UltraBranch online and have a web-enabled cell phone or PDA, you can start using UltraBranch Mobile today! If you use UltraBranch by phone, but not online, you will need to log in online to set up your personalized keypad. If you don't use UltraBranch yet, it's easy to sign up.

UltraBranch Mobile uses state-of-the-art security including end-to-end Secure Socket Layer (SSL) based security. Your wireless service provider must support SSL communications to use UltraBranch Mobile.
